- Job title and Employer/Company name
- Authentication Data: Password (securely stored and encrypted by Supabase; passwords are not accessible to us in plain text).
1.2 Business Card & Usage Data
To provide the core functionality of the App, we collect:
- Images: Captured via your device camera or uploaded from your gallery.
- OCR Text: Text extracted from business cards and the resulting structured contact information.
- Device Permissions: With your consent, the App accesses your device's camera and photo library to process images.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To scan, extract, and convert business card images into structured contact data.
- To store, organize, and manage your contacts within your account.
- To provide secure account authentication and profile management.
- To improve the performance of our OCR and parsing systems.
- To maintain and enhance the technical functionality of the App.

3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is securely stored using Supabase infrastructure and protected through industry-standard security measures, including:

Only you can access your stored contacts and images unless you choose to share them. While we implement reasonable safeguards, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. You may delete your account at any time within the App settings. Upon deletion, we permanently remove:
- Your profile information and authentication credentials.
- All stored business card images and extracted contact records.
5. Your Rights
